What I Did Today: Sunday 08/15/21
Monthly:
- Cleaned off the 5-week dry erase board schedule & set it up for the next 5 weeks
Weekly:
- Changed towels in bathrooms & kitchen (+ dish cloth & sponge)
- Emptied household wastebaskets
- Laundry three loads: clothes tops, clothes pants, towels
As Needed:
- Decluttered old t-shirts
- Cleaned convection oven & washed crumb tray
- Food prep: cut up cucumber; refilled cashews jar & eggs container
Daily:
- Descaled tea kettle
- Made bed & refreshed blanket in dryer
- Made meals & ice
- Pet the cats & put food/water out
- Prepped coffeemaker & tea kettle for the morning
- Refilled Berkey water filter
- Set-up morning dishes & vitamins
- Vacuumed entire house
- Washed dishes
- Wiped: bathroom mirror & faucet handle; gadgets; kitchen counters/stovetop; lunch cooler bag
Downtime:
- Exercise: Elliptical evening (2.45 miles, 13.5 minutes)
- Housework & food journals, light therapy, online puzzles, research & writing, social media, spreadsheets, watched movies, Wii sports
- Relaxed with my husband: enjoyed our weekly eggs & bacon breakfast, ate dinner & watched ‘Bat*21’
