I started keeping track of my daily housework tasks in April of 2020 and it has helped me in more ways than I thought it would; each month I improve not only my diary but what I get done in my home, and it gives me a sense of accomplishment when I see what I get done.
I keep each month as a file in Word so that it's easy to do keyword searches when I need to find out when I last did something, like my quarterly task of running the self-cleaning cycle on the oven.
