March 2021 Housework Diary

This month marks the 12th month in a row of doing my daily housework diary! 

I started this daily housework diary during the month of April in 2020; that was when my husband had to spend the month at home due to Covid shutdowns in Washington State; it was also when I saw a couple of posts in my Tumblr feed about depression and people thinking life was over due to Covid.  

I refused to accept that life would get worse, and it hasn't; while my husband did online courses for the month of April to improve his knowledge before going back to work, I started keeping a daily housework diary and made it a goal to (1) improve my housekeeping schedule and (2) be consistent about posting my daily housework diary every day for the month, but it grew into a year -- and I don't want to stop yet.

Now, a year later, I feel great about what I accomplish every day and for posting my daily housework diary every day for the past 12 months; I'm better at housework and I do more housework now than a year ago; my house is better for it, my husband is better for it, and I'm better for it too!
