What I Did Today: Thursday 09/09/21

Every Other Week:

• Spot-cleaned bathrooms

Weekly:

• Changed towels in bathrooms & kitchen (dish cloth + sponge)
• Emptied household wastebaskets 
• Mopped bathrooms & kitchen
• Refreshed bathmats & toilet toppers in dryer + lint rolled
• Wiped down steam mop & vacuum

As Needed:

• Food prep: refilled creatine & hemp hearts jars 
• Gave Nova mousse for coat
• Sewing project: measured, ironed & pinned fabric; sewed & completed mantle topper & cupboard curtains
• Took out household garbage

Daily:

• Descaled tea kettle
• Made bed & refreshed blanket in dryer
• Made meals & ice
• Opened driveway gate
• Pet the cats & put food/water out
• Prepped coffeemaker & tea kettle for the morning
• Refilled Berkey water filter
• Set-up morning dishes & vitamins
• Vacuumed entire house
• Washed dishes
• Wiped: bathroom mirror & faucet handle; gadgets; kitchen counters/stovetop; lunch cooler bag

Downtime:

• Exercise: Elliptical afternoon (2.57 miles; 16:05 minutes, L13)
• Housework & food journals, light therapy, online puzzles, research & writing, social media, spreadsheets, watched movies, Wii sports
• Relaxed with my husband: ate dinner & finished watching ‘Silverado’ + an episode of ‘What We Do in the Shadows’
