Weekly:
- Disinfected & wiped down: all door handles & light switches, furnace, kitchen cupboard doors & handles, laundry basket, oven, refrigerator, remotes, treadmill, washer & dryer (inside & outside), workout gear
- Refilled bird bath & feeders + outside water dish
- Refreshed couch pillows in dryer
- Swept front entrance & yard walkway
- Took out recycling: glass, metal, paper, plastic
- Washed cat dishes + mat
- Wrote out grocery list

As Needed:
- Food prep: refilled olives jar
- Put away online orders
- Put out homemade suet for birds
- Refreshed bath towels in dryer
- Swept deck, shop entrance & yard boardwalk
- Took out household garbage & old flowers to compost pile (washed vase)
- Vacuumed mud room
Daily:
- Descaled tea kettle
- Made bed & refreshed blanket in dryer
- Made meals
- Opened driveway gate
- Pet the cats & put food/water out
- Prepped coffeemaker & tea kettle for the morning
- Refilled Berkey water filter
- Set-up morning dishes & vitamins
- Vacuumed entire house
- Washed dishes
- Wiped: bathroom mirror & faucet handle; gadgets; kitchen counters/stovetop; lunch cooler bag
Downtime:
- Exercise: Elliptical afternoon (2.62 miles, 15:10 minutes, L13-14)
- Housework & food journals, light therapy, online puzzles, research & writing, social media, spreadsheets, watched movies, Wii sports
- Relaxed with my husband: ate dinner & watched ‘Fantasy Island’
