- Baking soda scrub coffee pot, coffee/tea mugs & tumblers
- Changed towels in bathrooms & kitchen (+ sponge)
- Emptied household wastebaskets
- Mopped bathrooms & kitchen
As Needed:
- Food prep: made banana pudding pops; refilled eggs container; took out bacon, pork chops, turkey & sausages to thaw
- Laundry 1 load: towels
Daily:
- Changed kitchen dish cloth & soaked in OxiClean
- Cleaned litter box
- Descaled tea kettle
- Dishes: washed, dried, put away
- Emptied food scrap bucket
- Made bed & refreshed blanket in dryer
- Made meals
- Pet the cats & put food/water out
- Prepped coffeemaker & tea kettle for the morning
- Refilled Berkey water filter
- Set-up morning dishes & vitamins
- Vacuumed entire house
- Wiped: bathroom mirror & faucet handle; gadgets; kitchen counters/stovetop
Downtime:
- Exercise: Kettlebell 150 swings (8kg; 150am)
- Blogging, IMDb, journaling, online puzzles, solitaire, watched movies/TV, Wii sports
- Relaxed with my husband: enjoyed our weekly breakfast; ate salad with chicken bake dinner & watched ‘The Best Years of Our Lives’
HOUSEWIVES MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR THE BETTER:
When a woman chooses to care for her home and family every day, she makes a difference for the better in the lives of those she loves; instead of waiting for her to come home from work, her husband and family can depend on her to be there when she’s needed most, not just to do housework but to be there to celebrate good news and to give comfort when things go wrong.
