- Disinfected & wiped down: all door handles & light switches, elliptical, furnace, kitchen cupboard doors & handles, laundry basket, oven, refrigerator, remotes, TV stand, washer & dryer (inside & outside), workout gear
- Emptied Litter Genie & wiped down
- Refilled outside water dish
- Refreshed couch pillows in dryer
- Swept outside entrance
- Took out recycling: metal, paper, plastic
- Washed cat dishes + mat
- Wrote out grocery list
As Needed:
- Food prep: grind coffee (1+ jar; emptied bag); made pudding pops; refilled Juce & Ovaltine jars; sliced cheese
- Refilled vinegar bottle
- Refreshed bath towels in dryer
- Took out household garbage
Daily:
- Changed kitchen dish cloth & soaked in OxiClean
- Cleaned litter box
- Descaled tea kettle
- Dishes: washed, dried, put away
- Emptied food scrap bucket
- Made bed & refreshed blanket in dryer
- Made meals
- Opened driveway gate
- Pet the cats & put food/water out
- Prepped coffeemaker & tea kettle for the morning
- Refilled Berkey water filter
- Set-up morning dishes & vitamins
- Vacuumed entire house
- Wiped: bathroom mirror & faucet handle; gadgets; kitchen counters/stovetop; lunch cooler bag
Downtime:
- Exercise: Kettlebell swings 250am (8kg; 50 swings x 5 sets); Elliptical afternoon (8.12 miles; 35:19 minutes)
- Blogging, IMDb, journaling, online puzzles, solitaire, watched movies/TV, Wii sports
- Relaxed with my husband: enjoyed dinner outing & shopping
