Downtime:
- Exercise: Kettlebell swings 120am (8kg; 40 swings x 3 sets); Elliptical afternoon (8.01 miles; 35:43 minutes)
- Blogging, IMDb, journaling, online puzzles, solitaire, watched movies/TV, Wii sports
- Relaxed with my husband: ate salad, burgers with gouda cheese sauce and onion rings dinner & watched ‘Diamonds’
