HOUSEWORK IS A NATURAL ANTIDEPRESSANT:
Living in dirt and disorganization can feel depressing and overwhelming. Taking one step at a time to make a home clean can lift the spirit and feel satisfying to see an improvement in the home. Making the bed, taking out the garbage, washing dishes, vacuuming, and many other simple housework tasks may seem like nothing, but without doing them a home can be depressing. Housework is life-changing and mind-altering; housework makes a home better and a housewife better too.
