MEAL PLANNING IS A PLAN TO USE THE FOOD:
Meal planning is an essential part of housework for a housewife; more than planning meals, a meal plan is a plan to use the food before it goes bad and has to be thrown out. Throwing out old food for lack of use can become a costly expense and it’s a sign that a plan to use the food is not being implemented. When a plan is made to use the food that is bought, money is saved which in turn helps the entire household. A housewife not only makes plans to use food but she makes it a daily goal to carry out the plans with success.
