- Emptied food scrap bucket
- Made bed & refreshed blanket in dryer
- Made meals
- Pet the cats & put food/water out
- Prepped coffeemaker & tea kettle for the morning
- Refilled Berkey water filter
- Set-up morning dishes & vitamins
- Vacuumed entire house
- Wiped: bathroom mirror & faucet handle; gadgets; kitchen counters/stovetop; lunch cooler bag
Downtime:
- Exercise: Kettlebell swings 300am (8kg; 60 swings x 5 sets); Elliptical evening (7.35 miles; 33:20 minutes)
- Blogging, IMDb, journaling, online puzzles, solitaire, watched movies/TV, Wii sports
- Relaxed with my husband: stayed home, rested
THERE’S NOTHING ORDINARY ABOUT A HOUSEWIFE:
A housewife may think that staying home is ordinary and that she’s ordinary because of it, but that’s not the case. In the 21st Century when women are trained to care for their careers before caring for home and family, it is an extraordinary woman who chooses to put home and family first in her life. Cleaning home may seem like something ordinary that everyone can do, but not everyone does it, because it takes a woman with something extra to devote herself to housework tasks every day and to make her home the best it can be for the people she loves.
