NEW THINGS COME TO HOUSEWIVES WHO WAIT:
It’s nice to have new things in a home, but it’s even better to have something new once something old breaks and is no longer able to be repaired. When it comes to money management in a home, it’s important for a housewife to make do with what works and to repair something until it is no longer repairable; then, when it stops working there will be money saved up to replace the item without having to use credit to finance the purchase. New things in a home feels great, not having to make monthly payments feels great, and when good things finally arrive it feels really great.
