- Oil diffusers: emptied, rinsed & refilled (bedroom & living room)
- Polished bedroom furniture
- Refreshed bed blankets & pillows in dryer
- Vacuumed air purifier, dryer lint trap & furnace
- Watered houseplants
As Needed:
- Food prep: took out steak to thaw
- Refilled bird bath & hummingbird feeder
- Refreshed bath towels in dryer
Daily:
- Changed kitchen dish cloth & soaked in OxiClean
- Cleaned litter box
- Descaled tea kettle
- Dishes: washed, dried, put away
- Emptied food scrap bucket
- Made bed & refreshed blanket in dryer
- Made meals
- Pet the cats & put food/water out
- Prepped coffeemaker & tea kettle for the morning
- Refilled Berkey water filter
- Set-up morning dishes & vitamins
- Vacuumed entire house
- Wiped: bathroom mirror & faucet handle; gadgets; kitchen counters/stovetop
Downtime:
- Blogging, IMDb, journaling, online puzzles, solitaire, watched movies/TV, Wii sports
- Relaxed with my husband: stayed home; ate salad, pork chops with green beans dinner & watched episodes of ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’
A HOUSEWIFE IS PATIENT WITH HERSELF:
A housewife is an amazing woman who takes care of her home and family every day without days off, which is what makes being sick a challenge for a housewife because housework and caring for a family must still get done even though she is limited due to illness. When a housewife gets sick it’s important that she is patient with herself while she recovers and rests, so that she can heal and return to being the best housewife she can be.
