• Changed: bed sheets; kitchen sponge
• Dusted: bathroom, bedroom, hallway
• Laundry 2 loads: sheets, delicates; emptied lint trap; wiped down inner drum & lid

• Polished bedroom furniture
• Refreshed bed blankets & pillows in dryer
• Vacuumed air purifier, dryer lint trap & furnace
• Watered houseplants

As Needed:

• Food prep: cut up cucumber; refilled olives jar & salad dressing squeeze bottle; rinsed carrots & peppers; took out sausages & turkey to thaw 
• Refreshed bath towels in dryer
• Resocked tealight candles
• Took out household garbage 

Daily:

• Changed kitchen dish cloth 
• Cleaned litterbox
• Descaled tea kettle

IT’S OKAY TO HAVE A BAD DAY:

When a housewife feels overwhelmed, sad, mad, frustrated, or upset by things beyond her control, she can take time out to cry, rest, catch her breath, calm her mind, and even laugh when it helps. 

Bad days don’t last forever, and when a housewife focuses on what she can control when life doesn't go her way, she can regain her footing and find the good in a bad day.
