Monthly:

• Cleaned drains with baking soda & vinegar (bathrooms + tub, kitchen)

Weekly:

• Laundry 4 loads: new sheets, towels, clothes tops, clothes pants; emptied lint trap; wiped down inner drum & lid

• Swept outside entrance 
• Took out recycling: glass, metal, paper, plastic 
• Washed cat dishes + mat; burner pans & ice trays

As Needed:

• Began holiday decorating
• Brought in holiday décor from outbuilding storage
• Food prep: emptied ice trays; refilled olives jar; took out bacon & steak to thaw 
• Refilled apple cider vinegar & vinegar bottles
• Replaced outside entrance autumn décor & doormat with winter décor & doormat; moved autumn décor into storage 
• Tidied cardboard recycling 

Daily: 

• Changed kitchen dish cloth 
• Cleaned litterbox
• Descaled tea kettle

Downtime:

• Exercise: Elliptical (3.78 miles @ 23:39 minutes)
• Blogging, design shops, IMDb, journaling, watched movies/TV, Wii sports 
• Relaxed with my husband: ate pizza dinner & watched ‘Hero and the Terror’ (Bad Movie Saturday Night #95)

A HOUSEWIFE’S HOME WORKS FOR HER:

A housewife is not a slave to her home and that is why she makes her home work for her rather than against her. 

This means that she organizes supplies, furniture, and everything in her home to make housework easier on herself. 

Being a housewife and doing housework every day is a marathon, and that is why it is important for a housewife to not let too many little things make her daily work harder than it has to be because she has to keep going. 

If it helps her to rearrange furniture, create her own organization systems, and declutter items that don’t make her daily tasks easier, then not only is her home better because it works for her, but she is better too.
