- Emptied Litter Genie & wiped down
- Refilled bird feeders (+ hummingbird feeder) & outside water dish
- Refreshed couch pillows in dryer
- Swept deck, outside entrance & yard walkway
- Took out recycling: glass, metal, paper, plastic
- Washed cat dishes + mat
- Wrote out grocery list
As Needed:
- Food prep: cooked bacon (1 package); refilled creatine jar, lemon juice squeeze bottle & turkey; shredded cheese; took out cheeses & pork chops to thaw
- Refreshed bath towels in dryer
- Refilled vinegar bottles
- Replaced Litter Genie bag roll
- Spring cleaning: decluttered office closet, rearranged closet & office; took unwanted items to outbuilding storage
- Took out household garbage
Daily:
- Changed kitchen dish cloth
- Cleaned litter box

- Dishes: washed, dried, put away
- Emptied food scrap bucket
- Made bed & refreshed blanket in dryer
- Made meals
- Opened driveway gate
- Pet the cats & put food/water out
- Prepped coffeemaker & tea kettle for the morning
- Refilled Berkey water filter
- Set-up morning dishes & vitamins
- Vacuumed entire house
- Wiped: bathroom mirror & faucet handle; gadgets; kitchen counters/stovetop; lunch cooler bag
Downtime:
- Blogging, IMDb, journaling, online puzzles, solitaire, watched movies/TV, Wii sports
- Relaxed with my husband: ate salad, chicken taquitos with refried beans dinner & watched ‘The Seven-Ups’
A WOMAN’S PLACE IS IN CONTROL OF HER HOME:
A housewife who stays home all day and cares for her home every day is in control of her home; she is the one in charge of arranging, cleaning, decluttering, and organizing her home; being in charge of numerous housework tasks, along with being an owner of the home, empowers her and gives her control the likes of which she can never get as an employee at a job.
