A GOOD HOUSEWORK PLAN INCLUDES PLANNING FOR A REST:

Daily housework requires a plan with certain tasks for certain days; the benefit of a housework plan is planning for heavy housework days and lighter housework days, because on the lighter days it’s necessary to take it easy, enjoy hobbies, spend time with family, and get plenty of rest for the week ahead to prevent burning out.
