HOUSEWORK IS A MARATHON:
Because housework is something that happens every day, it’s important for a housewife not to burn all her energy at once. That’s why a housewife paces herself since she not only has to get through one day of housework but the following days as well; taking time to rest and catch one’s breath is helpful for the long haul. Having a strategy to get through the hilly ups and downs in each day’s work also helps, along with having a winning attitude to make it across the finish line one day at a time with a feeling of success and triumph.
